Appleton firms win safety awards
Two Appleton North firms – The Boldt Company and Suburban Electrical Engineers – have received Wisconsin Corporate Safety Awards.
The awards were handed out Tuesday by the Wisconsin Safety Council, the state’s leading provider of safety training and programming, and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.
Fifteen companies from across Wisconsin received awards. The winning companies provided details on their organization’s safety and health leadership, training and implementation programs, and employee participation. Their reports also include information on their safety accomplishments and goals. The applications were judged by an independent panel of 39 safety, health, and human resource professionals.
