FVTC plans business start-up session

Thinking of starting your own business? Then an upcoming session at Fox Valley Technical College may be for you.
The Venture Center at FVTC is holding a free “Explore Starting Your Own Business” session during the college’s annual Community Open House event on Oct. 4
The session will run from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at FVTC’s D.J. Bordini Center, across from the main campus in Appleton. Participants will learn three critical elements to launching and sustaining a business of any size, in addition to discovering training options for aspiring or existing entrepreneurs. Successful local entrepreneurs, small business owners and home-based solopreneurs will also be on-hand to share their insight.
FVTC will also provide free business-to-business training consultation during the open house between 3 to 7 p.m. in the commons at its Appleton campus.
