CONNECTIONS – First Business Forum set – Economic survey results from area companies shared

The First Business Bank will announce the results of its annual survey of business leaders in Northeast Wisconsin on Dec. 15 at Butte des Morts Country Club. The event will start with a check-in at 3:45 p.m. A presentation and panelist Q&A begins at 4 p.m. Networking and a reception will follow at 5:30 p.m.

In addition to announcing the survey results, the forum also features a keynote address by David Ward, president and founder of NorthStar Economics in Madison. He will discuss results of the survey as well as predictions for 2012.

After Ward’s presentation, a panel of experts including Sheila Jenkins of Network Health Plan, Bob Zemple of Baker Tilly, Vicki Updike of Miles Kimball, Ann Franz of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and Mark Lasky of Sadoff and Rudoy Industries will share their thoughts on the local economic picture. Insight Editor Margaret LeBrun will moderate the discussion.

While this is the ninth year for the survey in Wisconsin, it is the fourth year the survey is focusing on the region of Northeast Wisconsin. The annual event is sponsored by First Business Bank, the A.C. Nielsen Center for Marketing Research, Insight Publications and NorthStar Economics.
