Oshkosh Corp. CEO Wilson Jones is retiring effective April 2 and will be replaced by John Pfeifer, the company’s president and chief operating officer. Jones has served as CEO of the manufacturer for five years. “Oshkosh is well positioned for the future, and I believe it is the right time to welcome John Pfeifer as our next CEO,” Jones said.

“We have tremendous talent, a commitment to innovation and strong values that enable us to deliver essential products and services that build, serve and protect people and communities around the world,” Pfeifer said.

New hires

James Williams joined U.S. Venture as president of the company’s U.S. Lubricants division.

J. Per Brodin was named chief financial officer of Orion Energy Systems Inc.

Rich Balge joined Bank First as market president. The bank also announced promotions: Joshua Neeb, regional president; Cheryl Schuh, senior vice president – commercial loan operations manager; Elizabeth Allen, deposit operations manager; and Naji Allan, business banking officer.

Michelle Majewski was named president of Marian University. She will serve in the role through June 30, 2023.

John McMahon was named executive director of the Boys & Girls Club of Door County. Steve Kane was named president of the organization’s board.

Sarah Ziemba joined American National Bank Fox Cities as chief talent officer.

Tom Apple joined C3 Corp. as vice president of sales.

The Greater Green Bay Chamber announced new hires: Morgan Doshi, director of talent; Kendra Cornell, digital marketing manager; and Ashley Skoczynski, leadership and career development manager.

Nurse practitioner Sara Burton began seeing patients at Aurora Health Center, Shawano.

Bellin Health hired hematology and oncology physician Alay Mansurov and family medicine physician Lynn Greene.

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists announced new hires: orthopedic surgeons Darren Nabor and Jake Seiler and rheumatologist Suraiya Afroz.

Optometrist Krista King joined Shopko Optical on Mason Street in Green Bay. Lisa Cowan, Katherine Christy and Nancy Newstrom joined the Shopko Optical field leadership team as regional managers responsible for overall sales, profit and service performance of optical centers in Northeast Wisconsin, northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin, Nebraska and South Dakota.

Promotions

Werner Electric promoted Bill Kocha to vice president of accounting and financial analysis and hired Fred Mauermann as vice president of operations.

Envision Greater Fond du Lac announced new roles for its staff members: Anna Huck, assistant director of membership engagement; Bre Zoch, manager of Young Professionals of Fond du Lac; Bernadette Erickson, director of client services; and Lisa McArthur, director of economic and workforce outreach.

Awards/recognitions/certifications

Robert C. Schwartz, a loan officer with The Stephenson National Bank & Trust, received the 2020 Mary L. Staudenmaier WINGS (Worthy Individual Noted for Generous Service) Award. The award was named in honor of the bank’s former chairman and long-time president.

Jeff Tyndall, class of 1977, received the 2020 Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Distinguished Alumni Award. After serving in the United States Air Force, Tyndall enrolled at NWTC in the Mechanical Design associate degree program and began what would become a successful education and professional career.
